Due to the anticipated snowstorm, there will be NO SCHOOL PreK-12 for Gering Public Schools on Tuesday, December 13th through Thursday, December 15th. This also includes scheduled activities.
Please note the following activities that have been RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED:
- Preschool Holiday Program (Lincoln classes): Rescheduled to Monday, December 19th at 5:00pm in the GHS Auditorium
- Lincoln Elementary Holiday Program (K-3): Monday, December 19th at 5:15pm in the GHS Auditorium (PreK to begin at 5:00pm) .
- Gering Junior High Band Concert: Being rescheduled to Tuesday, December 20th at 7pm in the GHS Auditorium.
- GHS LINKS Graduation scheduled for Tuesday, December 20th at 6pm will MOVE TO THE FRESHMAN ACADEMY.
- GHS Wrestling: Rescheduling TBD
- GHS Basketball scheduled for this Friday, December 16 in Ogallala has been moved to Saturday, December 17. Games begin at 1:30pm (JV Girls, JV Boys) and then followed by Varsity.
GJHS 7th & 8th Basketball Tournament: Future games may be rescheduled.
