It's flu and illness season, and great time to remind our Bulldog community of the steps you can take to keep our schools healthy. Washing winter coats, backpacks, water bottles, and other frequently used items can go a long way in reducing the spread of germs.
At school over this break, our custodial teams are continuing extra deep cleaning and disinfecting to support a healthy learning environment for students and staff.
Here’s a quick reminder from our health office:
Please keep your child home if they have:
A fever of 100.0°F or higher
Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
A persistent cough, sore throat, or thick nasal discharge
Students may return to school when they are:
Fever-free for 24 hours without medication (Tylenol, ibuprofen, or cold medicine containing acetaminophen)
Feeling well enough to fully participate in learning
Giving students time to rest and recover helps everyone stay healthy and keeps learning strong across our schools.
Thank you for partnering with us to care for our Bulldog students and staff. We appreciate you!
