Welcome to Camp Passport: A Summer of Adventure!

In partnership with the YMCA and Gering Public Schools, we're excited to bring back Camp Passport: Your Ticket to Summer Fun! Pack your bags for 11 weeks of adventure-filled programming designed just for Gering students!

May 29-August 6th | 7:30am to 5:30pm, M-F | Lincoln Elementary - 1725 13th Street, Gering

No Camp July 4th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday

HOW TO REGISTER?

WHO CAN ATTEND?

  • Gering students PreK-5th can attend (based on Fall 2025)

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

  • Yes, transportation is available for residents in the Gering school district, simply check the transportation request box on the registration form.

MEALS PROVIDED?

  • Yes, campers in attendance will be served breakfast, lunch and a morning and afternoon snack as a part of the camp experience. Please be sure to note any food allergies on the registration form.

COST?

  • Cost to attend is $175/week (there are sibling discounts available) and a $10/week non-refundable activity fee.

  • Limited full & partial scholarships are available, please simply check the scholarship request box on the registration form.

  • Scholarship requests will be reviewed May 9th and families will be notified of status May 15th.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL WEEKS OR CAN I SELECT SPECIFIC WEEKS?

  • Families can select just specific weeks or the full camp experience, simply note your preference on the registration form.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD BE DOING?

  • Your child will have a wonderfully comprehensive slate of experiences ranging from Field Trips to Crafts, Games, Summer Reading Program, Swimming and MUCH MORE! Each week has a Fun Theme and Playlist! Download the Camp Passport Flyer to review.
