We have some exciting news! Lincoln Elementary will be receiving brand-new, grant-funded preschool playground equipment designed especially for our youngest learners. We can’t wait for your child(ren) to explore & enjoy these wonderful new play spaces!
Temporary Changes During Installation
While the new equipment is being installed, the preschool playground area will be closed off for safety. We know that midyear changes to routine can be challenging for families, and we truly appreciate your patience & flexibility as our facilities are upgraded.
What This Means for Drop Off & Pick-Up
Starting Monday, August 31st and going through Friday, September 11th, students in Ms. Sylvester & Mrs. Schmer’s classrooms will be dropped off & picked up at Door 11 instead of their usual locations. If your child arrives after 8:00 AM, please bring them to the office, and we will make sure they get to their classroom safely.
Drop off & dismissal for Mr. Guadarrama’s & Ms. Cardwell‘s classrooms will continue with no change. Half-day dismissal will also follow the regular routine and dismiss from Ms. Cardwell’s, which is Door 13.
Playtime Continues
Don’t worry - your Bitty Bulldog will still get their important outdoor play time! While their new equipment is being installed, preschool students will use the elementary playground. They’ll have a wonderful time exploring a different play space while eagerly anticipating their brand-new equipment.
