Builders Club:
Builders Club is a service organization sponsored by the local Kiwanis Club. Students develop leadership potential, foster development of strong moral character, and encourage loyalty to school, community, and nation. They meet the first and third Tuesday of each month.
Clowns:
"Clowning Around" is a drug free group which gives rug free messages to elementary age children. This group is open to ninth grade students, but they must go through the clown training which is offered only in September or October. Activities are announced in the Daily bulletin.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA):
For girls and boys in grades 7, 8, 9. A Christian organization through which students can strengthen their relationships with church, family, teachers, and fellow students.
Quiz Bowl Teams:
7th and 8th grade students have the opportunity to participate in academic competitions among area schools. The competition is fast, intense, and promotes sportsmanship. Students are selected for the teams through a qualification exam. Practice sessions are held before school. Questions for competition include the areas of math, science, language arts, music, fine arts, applied arts, and current events.
