Northfield's Second Annual Bingo for Books
Another Successful Year

Northfield Elementary's Booster Club organized their second annual Bingo for Books. This year, the event took place over two evenings. Families, whose last name ended with the letters A-M, were invited to come on April 14th, and families, whose last name ended with the letters N-Z, attended on April 15th.
On both evenings, roughly 100 family members were in attendance. Variations of Bingo were played from 6:30 to 8:00. Northfield teachers , Booster Club parents, and Adopt-a-School partners volunteered their time to distribute cards, serve popcorn, and award the winners. Each family left with either a book, T-shirt, candle or sweatshirt.
A special thanks to Coca-Cola who donated Gatorade and McDonald's who supplied the 400 cups.
