On November 15th, Northfield Elementary held its First Parental Involvement Night. Activities included computer games, UNO, board games, dances, and Prison Ball. Participation was a huge success with over 200 students and parents in attendance.
Target and Wal-Mart supported the school's efforts with their board game and monetary donations. We appreciate their high regard for education.
An upcoming event for the Northfield Booster Club will be the Christmas movie, The Polar Express offered to the students on December 20th. Grades 4-6 will watch the movie at 9:30 and grades K-3 will watch the same movie at 12:30. A special visitor will be present to hand out prizes from a drawing. Wearing pajamas will be optional.
